Contact

Phone or WhatsApp is quickest. Tell us briefly what you are seeing – water loss in the pool, a damp patch, a running meter – and where the property is. We will tell you how we would go about it and what it costs.

Useful for a first assessment

• Pool: how much water does it lose per day? More with the pump running or switched off?
• House: does the meter run with all taps closed? Where is the damp?
• Garden: which pipe or irrigation zone is affected?
• Location of the property and who can give us access
• Photos by WhatsApp are always welcome
